Our company was created from a belief that all mortgage borrowers should have the opportunity to verify the accuracy of the information stated on their loan documents and that it was done in accordance to all applicable laws and regulations.

We at Loan CSI “Loan Compliance Services Investigations” also believe that mortgage contracts are not easily understood and often not read completely by the general public.

These human errors are sometimes committed due to the number of disclosures that are often rewritten or replaced. If your loan was improperly disclosed you may have recourse against the Lender or Broker for past mistakes under RESPA and TILA regulations.

Our job will be to review all of your mortgage documents provided by you, the borrower, to possibly find errors that might help you negotiate better terms, stop foreclosure or rescind your mortgage.

We are a team of Mortgage Compliance experts combining more than 30 years of experience, trained to find errors, omissions, and violations that the average borrower until today was not able to hire or afford.

We do not answer to any special interest groups, we only serve you the borrower.
