1. Hire an attorney.
2. File a complaint with your State Regulatory Agency (This is Free).
3. Write a letter to your Lender and ask for an explanation (This is free) (we can help you write the letter for free) they need to answer your letter before 20 days.
4. If you are in foreclosure present our findings to your attorney and he will be able to stop or delay the foreclosure action.
5. If you are trying to save your home, we can help. We have a team of professionals that are able to negotiate with your Lender.
6. We can use the Mortgage investigation to negotiate better terms or help you with a short sale.

Do not pay thousands of dollars to get help. There is nothing that is worth that amount of money.

07/17/2008 – If you are following the news everyday you might start to wonder is there an end to the bad news about the ECONOMY, HOUSING PROBLEM or FORECLOSURE.

We are all in this mess due to the lack of knowledge and the advantage that Lenders have over us.

It is time to fight back and do something?
