* Review of your T.I.L. for any mathematical mistakes in calculating the A.P.R. (Annual Percentage Rate), amount financed, and amortization schedule of the loan.
* Review of your HUD1 (Loan Settlement Statement) fees charged to verify that the total amount of fees do not violate HOEPA (High Cost Finance Section 32) Fee limitations, as well as, State allowable charges.
* Review of your Mortgage Note in relation to prepayment penalties, interest rates, disclosed or not disclosed.
* Aggregate escrow analysis available for additional fee, please call.

I hereby authorize LoanCSI to use the information provided via Fax, E-Mail or mail to accurately identify any improper or missing information in my mortgage disclosures or to identify any inaccurate information that can lead to a possible investigation or legal action.
I do not authorize LoanCSI without my consent to use any financial information to secure additional mortgage financing.
It is understood by all parties that the information provided by me is strictly confidential and is intended to conduct this investigation only. I understand that at no time LoanCSI has received my permission to use my Social Security number for any purpose. I also understand that I have read all Disclaimers or Disclosures and understand that if I provide any information such as SS# that LoanCSI will not sell trade or pass my information without my written permission. This permission will only take place if I sign a separate document describing the nature of the information and the scope of what that information will be used for.

My investigation fee is not refundable. In the event there is a charge back I will be responsible for all fees incurred by Loan CSI, LLC.
We have a limited refund policy. We will refund 100% of the fee if your loan is Commercial or Land. We will refund 90% of the fees if you are not able to provide all documents requested as per product requirement.
